Grayson Thompson

I am a Black, first-generation-everything queer person.

Welcome! I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Organizational Consultant, and Trainer with experience helping individuals and organizations thrive. As a Black, Caribbean-American, and queer clinician, my approach to therapy is client-centered, relational, and integrative.

In my work as an organizational consultant and trainer, I provide expert guidance on topics such as mental health, social work, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), racial justice, LGBTQ+ issues, and organizational development.

I bring a wealth of lived experience to my work, shaped by my global position as a first-generation American, my Jamaican roots or survival and joy, and Jewish family values of chesed (to show up for others with love) and tikkun olam (to do my part in repairing the world). I am deeply committed to liberation and liberation movements. These personal influences deeply inform my work, guiding me to support individuals and organizations in their growth and healing processes.

Whether you’re seeking therapy to explore personal growth and healing, or looking to strengthen your organization’s culture and effectiveness, I offer compassionate, expert support to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
